- Information submitted through the interest form: name, work email, title, company, industry, whether the request is a pilot or a note to follow, and any message added.
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, referring source, device type) via a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, when enabled.
3. How we use it
Interest submissions are used to follow up about a possible pilot, to notify when Hiiko is relevant for an industry, and to keep a record of that conversation. The information is not sold.
4. Third parties we use
- Resend — delivers a copy of each interest submission by email, when configured.
- Notion — stores interest submissions so the Hiiko team can follow up.
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregated website analytics. No personal data or cross-site tracking.
- Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
5. Data retention
Interest submissions are kept for as long as reasonably needed to follow up and maintain a record of the business relationship, or until a deletion request is made.
6. Your rights
If you are located in the EU/EEA or another jurisdiction with data protection rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through the Get in touch form.
